Develop and strengthen sustainable business relationships with key accounts through regular visits to central and outlet locations, while driving strategic acquisition of new customers. Own full responsibility for revenue, costs, and margin across the accessory and power tool portfolio, actively managing product lifecycle strategies. Lead annual reviews and negotiations at decision-making levels, overseeing contract design and maintenance. Conduct precise market and customer analyses to identify growth segments, aligning them with client needs to derive and execute profitable strategies. Plan and execute customer-specific activities including assortment design, advertising appearances, training, and point-of-sale measures. Ensure successful product launches and prominent market positioning for new innovations. Act as central interface with the power tool sales team, end-user group, local marketing, and global business unit, while leading advanced customer projects in EDI, logistics optimization, and category management. Requires 5–10 years in outside sales, fluent German/Swiss German, and basic English/French.
