Job Summary
Plan and execute sales activities to achieve defined targets and support business strategies. Manage the global business for a key customer, including OEM and Tier supplier relationships; visit key customers regularly to understand requirements and identify new opportunities; coordinate with diverse groups to address customer needs and ensure timely product delivery; oversee inventory with customer service to balance delivery speed and freight cost, alerting customers ahead of potential delivery risks with approved methods; prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and various sales reports (new business, customer call status, etc.); collaborate with plants and customer service to ensure order fulfillment and issue resolution.
