Job Summary
Regional Key Account Manager responsible for East China KA customers, negotiating annual contracts, and organizing promotions; develop joint business plans with retailers based on category, shopper, and retailer insights; ensure sustainable Mars Arrow brand growth and investment returns; collaborate with regional sales and cross-functional teams to execute plans and achieve store-level KPIs; requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of FMCG KA management experience, proactive and data-driven mindset, plus English reading/writing abilities.
