Key Account Manager

Job Summary
As Key Account Manager, you’ll manage franchise accounts and build strong relationships with corporate contacts and franchisees, delivering data-driven insights and actionable pricing and business recommendations to drive profitability. You’ll analyze drivers of consumer decisions using RMS methodologies across store, category, and item levels, create reports and presentations, and present insights to leadership. You’ll collaborate with the European Consulting Services team, travel as needed, and support revenue-management strategies across both company-owned and franchised locations. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities, and proficiency in English, Czech, and French are essential.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel as needed
- Fluency in English, Czech, and French
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
