Job Summary
Key Accounts Manager, Retail in Breakthru Beverage Canada (BBC) – responsible for driving volume and growing the business portfolio across retail key accounts (grocery and convenience) on annual, quarterly, and monthly bases. Develop and execute annual plans for key accounts, manage promotional spending by account priority, implement corrective actions, grow total portfolio and share, create promotional calendars, manage budgets, collaborate with sales teams for execution, provide feedback on program effectiveness, support account presentations, analyze competitive activities for insights, maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, deliver quarterly business updates, prospect new accounts, provide product/brand marketing knowledge through sales aides and staff training seminars, and participate in trade shows and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree required
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong leadership capabilities with presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong budget management capability
- Strong sales and commercial strategy capability with depth in Key Account and Customer Management
- Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends and competition
- Relevant cross-functional experience (finance, operations, IT, HR, project management, etc)
