Job Summary

Key Account Manager responsible for managing sales relationships with Key Accounts (ANNUAL AGREEMENTS & JOINT BUSINESS PLAN), developing and executing a JBP, optimizing promotions and distribution, ensuring in-store execution and alignment with Perfect Store KPIs, training merchandisers, conducting weekly field visits, negotiating terms, analyzing markets, preparing reports (Forecast, P&L), and building strategic relationships. Requires 4+ years in FMCG Key Account management, strong communication/negotiation skills, knowledge of sales/distribution dynamics, ability to read financial statements, English and Turkish fluency, and a driving license.
