Job Summary
Key Account Manager for Rare Diseases in Romania who builds and sustains strategic, mutually beneficial relationships with healthcare professionals and external experts. Responsible for generating clinical demand, promoting approved indications, identifying business opportunities, and proposing solutions to advance assigned portfolio brands. Works with HCPs to communicate product value, coordinates workshops and education events, collaborates with Field Force Manager to implement promotional strategies, manages budgets, and ensures compliant, ethics-driven activities aligned with local guidelines and product licenses. Requires scientific curiosity, strong communication, and the ability to engage mid- and senior-level specialty care professionals in both face-to-face and digital settings.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent Romanian and Advanced English
- Experience in pharmaceutical/rare diseases environment (preferred)
- Customer-focused and scientifically driven
- Budgeting and strategic planning
- Ethics and compliance with local regulations
- Relationship building with healthcare professionals
- Educational events coordination
