Key Account Manager (Packaging Industry)

Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for RBO inquiries regarding existing products, pricing, labels, packaging libraries, and artwork clarification, meeting weekly to address seasonal requests and program rollouts. Manage global inventory of raw materials and finished goods using forecasting data, coordinate production expediting to resolve issues within 48 hours, and generate quarterly reporting on volume, spend, and rebates. Maintain accurate pricing lists, sample submission statuses, and internal workflows while ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met. Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and IT teams to streamline processes and document internal label and packaging procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in related field or equivalent industry work experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in packaging sourcing and quality assurance
- Must be well versed with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of pre-press, print and traditional graphic arts procedures and standards
- Great attitude and willingness to work and collaborate in a team environment under tight deadlines
