Job Summary
Key Account Manager to lead day-to-day direct sales activities for Large Corporate and Business Customers in Medium and Low Voltage markets. Responsibilities include implementing sales strategy through direct channels, pursuing and achieving Direct Sales targets, contributing to budget planning for Direct Sales, developing strategic plans for key direct sales prospects, monitoring sales statistics and contract status, and maintaining proactive contract management. The role requires managing the full relationship with key customers in alignment with the company’s sales strategy and targets, including preparation of documentation during customer acquisition and contract signing, market monitoring of competitive products, and ongoing reporting to the Large Accounts Sales Manager. A Bachelor’s degree (with MSc as an asset) and 4-6 years of relevant experience in the Commercial and Utilities sector are requested, along with advanced MS Office skills, strong English proficiency, and leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- BSc in Business Studies, Economics, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or relevant discipline
- 4-6 years of experience in Commercial and Utilities Sector
- Advanced MS Office
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Good understanding of energy industry, trends and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Leadership & people management skills
