Job Summary

Key Account Manager role focusing on Abbott’s pharma portfolio in Varanasi and surrounding territory. Responsibilities include achieving territory/ geography-wise sales targets, conducting effective field work with no direct day-to-day supervision, daily reporting of field activity in the online system, and meeting call averages, coverage, and frequency norms. Core duties involve generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share, promoting products per strategy, building relationships with stakeholders (doctors, chemists, stockists), facilitating strategy development, and acting as a brand ambassador. Minimum education required is BSc/B. Pharma, with 2+ years of experience preferred; freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may also be considered. Experience from MNCs or leading Indian pharma companies is advantageous.
