Key Account Manager Operations

Consolidate staff annual leave data, prepare monthly project analysis reports, and maintain legal compliance with South Sudan labor laws. Support end-to-end recruitment including job adverts, shortlisting, and reference checks while managing onboarding, induction, and employee relations. Coordinate learning and development programs, develop performance management systems with goal setting and reviews, and address grievances or disciplinary issues per employment law. Ensure proper filing of project documents, requisition materials, and conduct HR audits to recommend corrective actions. This role requires a Diploma in Human Resource Management, one year of generalist HR experience, and expert knowledge of local labor laws.
