Job Summary
Execute territory sales plans and strategies to drive adoption, access, and growth of the oncology portfolio within a defined geographic region. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, healthcare administrators, and formulary committee members across hospitals and oncology practices. Prioritize accounts to maximize engagement while supporting formulary approvals, pathway inclusion, and value-based solutions through clinical and economic education. Leverage knowledge of buy-and-bill, IDNs, GPOs, and reimbursement dynamics to improve patient access and affordability. Partner with Key Account Directors, marketing, and medical affairs to deliver coordinated customer strategies and monitor market trends. Maintain accurate CRM records and communicate insights to sales leadership. Operate remotely with a clean driving record, balancing complex priorities in a patient-first, compliance-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- At least 3 years in hospital and large oncology practice environments
- Oncology experience
- Medical benefit / buy-and-bill experience
- Advanced knowledge of Medicare Part B, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Commercial Medical and Pharmacy benefits
- Buy-and-bill experience
- Clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- MBA, PharmD, MPH, MPA, or other advanced degree
- Oncology market access, reimbursement, billing and coding experience
- Experience with institutional contracting, GPOs, wholesalers, and 340B environments
- Urology and Immunology experience
