Key Account Manager, Oncology - Hematology

Job Summary
Drive consistent sales growth and achieve targets in assigned oncology-hematology territories by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the customer base, and preserving existing relationships. Cultivate strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, Therapy Area Experts, and hospital stakeholders to facilitate product penetration through tailored sales and marketing strategies. Generate field insights to align internal stakeholders, initiate discussions on new initiatives, and execute flawless implementation of action plans. Manage hospital account networks, including formulary listings, sample programs, and tender processes, while leveraging sales data to forecast demand and optimize account-level strategies. Conduct frequent field visits to address HCP concerns, monitor competitors, and develop retaliatory tactics. Submit timely sales reports on Veeva CRM and meet established KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree, preferably in science or business
- Minimum of 3-5 years' robust sales experience as a hospital representative in the relevant therapeutic area / healthcare industry
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Mature, growth-oriented mindset
- Confident, analytical, and self-motivated
- Driven, result-oriented, a team player and demonstrate integrity
- Experience in a medical environment
- Sound judgment
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to manage and motivate cross functionally
- US & Puerto Rico only
Desired Qualifications
