Job Summary

Execute Cosette's oncology commercial strategy within the assigned Central Florida territory by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with oncology healthcare providers, hospital systems, and integrated delivery networks. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives through disciplined account planning, market analysis, and the delivery of compliant product presentations tailored to clinical and business needs. Partner with internal teams to address reimbursement pathways, patient support initiatives, and product access barriers while capturing actionable market insights to drive brand adoption and growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty healthcare, or related healthcare sales experience with demonstrated achievement against sales objectives
  • Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and developing relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience selling specialty pharmaceutical products or managing account-based selling models
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and pharmaceutical commercialization
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel as required, including occasional overnight travel
  • Must reside within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate prior to start date
  • Strong scientific aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex clinical information
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders
  • Strong account planning, territory management, and business analysis skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance requirements
  • Demonstrated accountability, initiative, and results orientation

Desired Qualifications

  • Oncology, hematology, specialty pharmacy, or buy-and-bill experience
  • Experience selling into community oncology practices, academic medical centers, hospitals, or IDNs
  • Experience supporting product launches, relaunches, acquired brand integrations, or specialty pharmaceutical commercialization
  • Established relationships within oncology accounts or healthcare systems within the assigned geography
  • Understanding of specialty distribution models, medical benefit reimbursement, pathways, protocols, and oncology practice workflows
