Job Summary
Achieve planned Braeburn goals and patient access objectives by delivering clinical product information and access resources to Healthcare Professionals. Review data to plan territory activities, ensuring quarterly and annual sales targets are met while understanding reimbursement patterns and regulatory environments. Engage with account personnel to uncover needs, communicate approved solutions, and resolve reimbursement issues in compliance with company policies. Utilize internally approved materials to inform physicians about product acquisition and coding requirements, while exercising fiscal control over operational expenses. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to anticipate market challenges and adapt to evolving customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience
- at least 3 years of sales and/or field market access experience in biotech/specialty pharmaceutical/device industries
- Proven sales or field market access performance as evidenced by market performance reports and recognition awards in Specialty Pharmacy markets
- In-depth understanding of reimbursement/insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments
- Proven product launch experience in a highly complicated and competitive environment
- Experience selling specialty products, in-particular physician-administered products such as implantable or injectable medication technologies in a healthcare setting
- Valid driver's license and in good standing
- Willingness to travel both regionally and nationally
- Some territories may require overnight travel up to 50-70%
