Job Summary
Lead account strategy and multi-stakeholder engagement in oncology for Mumbai; translate market insights into practical, measurable plans; engage oncology HCPs in science-based discussions on indications, efficacy, and protocols; build and sustain long-term relationships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and administrators; coordinate multidisciplinary workshops and speaker programs; drive demand and manage budgets with compliance to ensure appropriate utilization of oncology therapies; collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners to deliver results with speed, ownership, and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- University Science graduate
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience in Oncology
- Detailed product knowledge
- Demonstrated ability in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships
- Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- Effective influencing and communication skills
- Proficiency in customer management
- Strong commercial competence
- Confirmed selling skills
- Organizational skills, good analytical approach, ability to handle complexity with a high degree of maturity
- Must have completed 1+ years in AZ
- Must not have been on PCP/PIP in the last 2 years
