Lead account strategy and multi-stakeholder engagement in oncology for Mumbai; translate market insights into practical, measurable plans; engage oncology HCPs in science-based discussions on indications, efficacy, and protocols; build and sustain long-term relationships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and administrators; coordinate multidisciplinary workshops and speaker programs; drive demand and manage budgets with compliance to ensure appropriate utilization of oncology therapies; collaborate with sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners to deliver results with speed, ownership, and integrity.

Required Qualifications

  • University Science graduate
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in Oncology
  • Detailed product knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships
  • Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Effective influencing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in customer management
  • Strong commercial competence
  • Confirmed selling skills
  • Organizational skills, good analytical approach, ability to handle complexity with a high degree of maturity
  • Must have completed 1+ years in AZ
  • Must not have been on PCP/PIP in the last 2 years
