Job Summary
Manage existing customer portfolios and drive revenue growth by building relationships, executing strategic account plans, and identifying new business opportunities. Drive sales activities including cross-selling and upselling, while monitoring forecasts, handling quality incidents, and maintaining inventory levels. Act as the primary client contact to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain structured visit plans. Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, provide mentorship to the Sales Administrator, and report monthly on market activity and key metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in key account management within the Packaging sector, specifically serving customers in the Food & Beverage industry
- Fully Bilingual English/Spanish

- A degree or diploma in sales and marketing or a related business qualification
- Strong network and established relationships within the Dairy packaging and Home & Personal Care markets
- Proficient in strategic planning and problem-solving, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective strategies
- Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing effective solutions
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and relevant software applications
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of supply and demand planning methodology
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and present them convincingly
- A creative thinker who can explore alternative approaches and generate new ideas
- Self-disciplined and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
