Job Summary
Manage client relationships and drive organic growth by serving as the senior point of contact for assigned mining accounts. Lead governance forums, resolve escalations, and optimize commercial outcomes through cost control and margin improvement. Ensure service delivery alignment across catering, facilities management, and asset maintenance while championing zero harm safety standards. Conduct performance reviews for direct reports and support tenders for existing contracts. Operate on a Monday to Friday roster with weekly travel to remote sites, extending onsite time as operational requirements dictate.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in leadership and operations

- Strong track record of managing operations
- Demonstrated ability to increase efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to improve service
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage resources across multiple sites
- Experience in Energy and Resources industry segment
- Weekly travel to remote sites
- Flexibility to extend time onsite to meet operational and mobilisation requirements
- Monday to Friday roster availability
