Job Summary
As a Key Account Manager at Miba Industrial Bearings U.S., you will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth by forging strong customer relationships and delivering innovative engineered solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in technical sales
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long term customer relationships
- Confident and technically astute self-starter
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage a consultative sales process
- Must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with sales in turbo-machinery applications, rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, etc.) or fluid film bearings
- Ability to develop collaboration among cross-functional teams
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite & AI capabilities
