Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for launching and selling CorMedix Therapeutics products in hospital-based and integrated sites of care, including IDNs and infusion centers, to secure formulary access, drive product utilization, and expand the customer base. Responsibilities include educating clinicians on clinical benefits, securing product placement on account protocols and EMR systems, developing territory and account plans, building relationships with infusion sites, LTACHs, and home infusion companies, coordinating education forums, aligning with hospital treatment committees for disease state protocols, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, National Accounts, Marketing, and Sales Administration. Requires proven hospital sales experience, ability to navigate buy-and-bill dynamics, willingness to travel, and credentialing requirements (immunizations and TB tests) as set by hospitals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Minimum of 7 years of related pharmaceutical sales, marketing and/or training experience
- Minimum of 3 years in an account selling role (hospital/account ecosystem)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to travel as needed to sustain key relationships within the assigned territory and to attend conferences and sales meetings
