Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - Life Sciences

Job Summary
Territory & Account Ownership across a life sciences-focused portfolio, owning revenue targets and driving growth from enterprise to local/mid-market accounts. Build and execute plans for a mixed portfolio, manage a healthy pipeline with CRM forecasting, lead negotiations and renewals, and coordinate with Solutions Consultants and regional teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience across borders. Engage with senior decision-makers (C-suite, VPs, directors) across procurement, logistics, quality, and operations; qualify opportunities and position ROI-driven Sensitech solutions for complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Remote within Germany/Home-Based structure, with enterprise and local market responsibilities, and a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration in a globally matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ Years of enterprise B2B and/or SaaS sales experience
- 3+ Years of Experience building pipeline, progressing deals, and consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- EMEA-based; willingness to travel up to 30%
