Job Summary

Role focuses on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities across the U.S. logistics, parcel distribution, and warehouse automation sectors. Responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, translating customer operational challenges into tailored logistics and automation solutions, leading demonstrations and trials, preparing proposals and contracts, and coordinating with sales, engineering, and consulting teams to ensure successful multi-site deployments. Requires strong stakeholder management, technical solution understanding (weighing, inspection, labeling, vision systems), and the ability to position value across logistics operations while staying aligned with company standards and go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in key account management, business development, or solution sales within logistics, intralogistics, or automation
  • Established network of contacts and relationships within logistics, parcel sortation, warehouse automation, and systems integrator industries
  • Experience selling or supporting technical solutions or systems (e.g., automation, material handling, inspection, or vision systems)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-focused environment
