Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Promote Littelfuse products and technologies to key accounts, highlighting their benefits and applications. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Provide insight on new products needed by key customer segment. Collaborate with internal teams and counterparts globally to ensure share capture and seamless delivery of products and services globally. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Provide regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in account management or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%, West Coast)
