Job Summary

Account Manager responsible for growing annual revenue by qualifying leads, developing opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and serving as primary customer contact across intercompany communications—from inquiries, CRM processing, quoting, and order processing to confirmations and on-time delivery. Requires ability to articulate the company’s value proposition to decision-makers, build and leverage relationships with customers and internal teams (Customer Service, Program Managers, Engineering), and manage opportunities using Salesforce. Travel domestically up to 25%. Must hold a technical degree (BS or MA) with 5–7 years of related experience (optics preferred), be authorized to work in the US, and ideally hold CAPM/PMP certification. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce is required. Strong communication, relationship management, and organizational skills are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • B.S. or M.A. in technical field (optics preferred) with five to seven years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be authorized to work and reside in the US and eligible for U.S. export controls (ITAR)
  • Valid Florida driver’s license
  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred
