Job Summary

As a Senior Key Account Manager for the LFR channel, you will manage key accounts, develop and execute annual business plans, drive monthly sales, counter share, and growth targets, and optimize brand performance across major retailers. You will lead demand forecasting with SKU-level focus, build account-wise and store-category plans, develop planograms aligned with goals, conduct regular business reviews with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate with national distribution for in-store promotions and BT L activations. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking to translate insights into actionable sales strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage budgeting, forecasting accuracy, and sell-out growth. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, and MBA in Sales & Marketing is a bonus. Willingness to travel within India (approximately 50%) and operate from Mumbai or remotely for eligible positions. The role supports HARMAN brands such as JBL, Mark Levinson, Revel, and requires delivering measurable business results in a fast-paced consumer products environment.

Required Qualifications
