Job Summary

Key Account Manager at Kenvue in Markham (Hybrid) responsible for developing and achieving Customer Business Plans and other key objectives across metrics such as Net Trade Sales, POS, brand and customer share growth, and trade investment management. Build strong relationships with key accounts and internal partners (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management, Shopper Marketing) to deliver joint value business plans, negotiate key agreements, manage promotions and new product listings, pricing actions, and forecasting. Utilize analytics to drive sales growth, improve trade investment ROI, review inventory, and manage day-to-day operations including deductions and customer requests. Requires university degree and 3–5 years in sales/marketing/customer development/business analytics/category management; strong digital literacy (Copilot, MS Office, sales databases); ability to work independently and in a matrix environment; effective negotiation and cross-functional collaboration across a hybrid work setup.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing or other related field
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years professional business experience in sales, marketing, customer development, business analytics, and/or category management experience is required

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in CPG and retailer preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively balance multiple projects/initiatives
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex business data
  • Strong digital literacy, including Copilot, MS Office Suite applications, sales database, and web applications
  • Ability to manage trade investment and forecasting of a business
  • Strong analytical skill set and the ability to pull out relevant data points to recognize trends and shape a business story
  • Negotiation skills and leadership during joint planning business meetings externally
  • Ability to navigate an organization internally and externally developing relationships and moving past barriers
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly, and high complexity is evident
  • Strong ability to work independently to identify business needs and opportunities
  • In-depth computer skills, with the ability to create, manipulate, revise, and modify data, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
