Job Summary

The Key Account Manager (KAM) at Mundipharma is responsible for driving strategic account management within key medical institutions, formulating and promoting key account strategies, and analyzing clinical processes to enhance treatment pathways. This role involves building trust with stakeholders, fostering cross-department collaboration, and contributing to sales performance across the department. Candidates must possess MR certification, a standard driver’s license, and at least 5 years of MR experience, preferably with university hospitals. Strong abilities in data-driven targeting and consensus-building among healthcare professionals are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • MR Certification

  • 5+ years of MR experience
  • Experience working with university hospitals or major hospitals
  • Background in developing and managing account plans that serve as the foundation for KAM activities
  • Ability to understand and support the optimization of SOPs, workflows, and protocols within healthcare facilities

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with new drug adoption at hospitals
  • Experience in the gastroenterology and anesthesiology field is preferred
  • Ability to build consensus with a diverse range of healthcare professionals
  • Integrated drive to collaborate with and mobilize cross-functional internal teams (Marketing, Medical, Commercial Excellence/SFE)
  • Demonstrate strong execution of data-driven, precise targeting
