Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with enterprise clients, cross-selling and up-selling Sigmoid's data engineering and AI services. Develop propositions by understanding customer needs, industry context, and market pressures; build relationships with decision-makers at multiple levels; identify new revenue opportunities within the customer’s organization; conduct QBRs, ensure CSAT, and coordinate with delivery and technical teams to avoid hiccups; forecast revenue and resource needs for client engagements; lead pitches and manage proposals through to contract; monitor works in progress and maintain a view of ongoing engagements. Background in sales/account management for enterprise software/services and familiarity with analytics/big data are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical / business discipline
- 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales and enterprise account management
- Experience in technology and consultative selling
- Experience in analytics and big data would be an added advantage
- Solutions selling experience and delivery experience
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Proven track record of over-achievement
- Ability to operate independently in high pressure situations
- Background in Sales/Account management managing F1000 accounts
- MBA from Tier 1/2 colleges preferred
