Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for overseeing a portfolio of high-net-worth customers in the Colombian market, focusing on building strong relationships, loyalty and lifetime value; deliver top-tier service across channels, identify growth opportunities through lifecycle actions, plan and host events with Hospitality/Sponsorship teams, collaborate with CRM for private messaging campaigns, and provide insights to improve customer experience, with a hybrid working arrangement and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Management or other relevant fields
- Work experience in a customer-facing environment
- Native Spanish speaker and excellent command of English
- Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to providing world-class service
- Commercial acumen, analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent MS office skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for the online gaming industry, sports, or land-based casinos
- A sense of responsibility, reliability, and a proven ability to work well within a team
- Professional appearance, and a willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours
