Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key and national accounts, developing new business opportunities within assigned territory, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through cross-team collaboration. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, strengthening existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery of products and services, providing regular activity and market trend reports, and participating in product launches, trade shows, and marketing events. Strong communication, negotiation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, time management, organization, and teamwork skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in key account management, national accounts, or large account sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple priorities
