Job Summary

Key Account Manager leads strategic relationships with installers, general contractors, specifiers, project partners, and end users in Signify’s lighting projects ecosystem. Responsible for delivering sales targets, driving profitable growth, and ensuring on-time, in-scope project delivery. Leads the design and implementation of lighting solutions that meet customer requirements and promote connected, sustainable innovations. Coordinates cross-functional teams (Sales Specialists, Product Marketing, Order Desk, LiAS, Supply Chain, Customer Satisfaction) to optimize account performance, forecasts, and contract negotiations. Builds multi-level relationships, develops account strategy, identifies opportunities from early design stages through execution, drives tender processes, and sustains customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and tailored offerings. Requires an in-depth understanding of the market, healthcare segment exposure, and experience with specifiers, consultants, and contractors in a B2B environment; holds relevant sales or project management certifications.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management or sales within the lighting or related project ecosystem
  • Experience working with specifiers, consultants, and contractors in a B2B environment (public and private sector)
  • Has exposure and experience in managing healthcare segment, and understand the stakeholder ecosystem
  • Relevant sales or project management certifications are essential to validate skills in managing projects and strategic accounts effectively
