Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of industrial clients and drive commercial success for newly signed accounts. Ensure delivery quality by transmitting site-specific information to internal staffing, marketing, and finance teams. Conduct regional and national client visits to support project launches and maintain high service standards. Identify and evaluate candidates through physical or virtual interviews using available databases and job boards. Collaborate with the central team to develop sourcing plans and establish employment contracts prior to placement.
