Job Summary

Key Account Manager Industrie responsible for growing volume, margin and an ~30 account portfolio in Belgium and North France, with a target to achieve at least 20 kton growth over two years. Works closely with the Industrie Benelux team under Chris Lammers to develop market strategy for Belgium and North France, managing an annual turnover of €15 million and delivering sustained growth while maintaining existing relationships. Requires solid understanding of customer needs, ingredients/market dynamics, and preference for the食品industrie (food industry). Strong in creating value in a B2B/commercial context, capability to navigate cultural and linguistic differences, and to build strategic relationships across borders. Francophone ability is a must. The role is hybrid, based from Dinteloord with home, office locations and client visits, and offers a competitive compensation package including a 13th month and generous leave days; for Belgian candidates, a Belgian contract via remote.com is possible.

Required Qualifications
