Job Summary
Key Account Manager sought to drive sales, promotion, and development within designated accounts across IL, IA, MO, and OH. Develop customer development strategy, create account objectives, negotiate contracts, map stakeholders, and provide strategic input on programs for accounts. Responsible for organizing customer events, providing data for CRM, and leading sales operations and team development. Role emphasizes relationship building with key stakeholders, understanding patient-related challenges, and delivering solutions that enhance patient care within a biosimilar/generic medicines context. Hybrid work arrangement with the liberty to operate across the specified territories; the position does not include relocation and requires U.S. work authorization. The role is embedded in Sandoz’s mission to expand access to high-quality medicines and to manage a portfolio that supports commercial goals and patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 10 years overall healthcare sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years of institutional sales experience (Key Account Management)
- Must be properly licensed to operate/drive an automobile; driving record deemed safe
- US work authorization
