Job Summary
Key Account Manager II responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing market penetration, and fostering deep partnerships across an assigned geographic region. Balances strategic relationship management with business development, overseeing a portfolio that includes high-profile key accounts and high-potential smaller customers. Serves as a trusted advisor to customers, strengthens relationships through frequent interactions with group and site-level stakeholders, analyzes customer performance and needs, translates opportunities into proposals, negotiates master agreements, collaborates with internal teams to align approaches, maintains the Customer Plan at group level, analyzes market/competitor data, and manages the opportunity pipeline to meet sales targets. Requires experience in capital equipment/B2B industrial sales, CRM (Salesforce), and willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally. Emphasizes safety, DEIB values, collaboration, integrity, and continuous growth within a global team.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in capital equipment sales, B2B industrial sales, or advanced solution selling (experience in food processing or automated manufacturing industries is highly preferred)
- Proven success managing complex, multi-site corporate accounts and long sales cycles
- Equal capability to nurture existing relationships and aggressively hunt for new business revenue
- 3-5 years of experience managing Key Account
- Bachelor's or masters degree in business or Science or equivalent relevant work experience
- Experience with a CRM (Salesforce)
