Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth within assigned semiconductor end-user and OEM accounts. Identify expansion opportunities for INFICON's FDC, sensor, and vacuum technology portfolio while providing technical guidance on application requirements. Manage comprehensive account activities including quote preparation, contract negotiation, and monthly reporting. Collaborate with leadership to refine annual sales goals and contribute to territory-specific marketing plans. Represent INFICON at trade shows and industry committees to support market engagement. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes and vacuum technology. This hybrid, field-based role offers a base salary of $90,000-$120,000 plus sales incentives and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of account management, technical sales, business development, or strategic customer-facing experience
- Extensive technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing processes, with a strong understanding of vacuum physics and related applications
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, account management, and business development within the semiconductor industry
- Demonstrated ability to present complex technical solutions to a variety of audiences
- Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to support customer engagement and business growth
- This is a hybrid, field-based position. Employees will primarily work remotely while also traveling to customer sites as needed to support business objectives and build customer relationships.
