Key Account Manager - Hyperscale Data Centers

Lead and provide cost management and quantity surveying services across all data center project phases, from pre-construction through project closeout. Develop and maintain cost estimates, project budgets, and bid documentation while performing value engineering to support efficient project delivery. Manage procurement and bidding processes, including contractor negotiations and contract award recommendations. Track project costs, change orders, and financial forecasting throughout the lifecycle, preparing regular reports for clients and stakeholders. Review contractor pay applications and negotiate cost impacts where required. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure cost management aligns with company standards. Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development. Requires a 4-year college degree in Construction Management or related field with 5+ years of data center cost management experience. Full-time, on-site role in an indoor office environment with occasional site visits.
