Job Summary
Promote Huntsman TPU products in China to key accounts within strategic market segments, aiming to drive sales growth and achieve targets. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, delivering sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, developing understanding and relationships with key accounts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, significant sales and marketing experience in the plastics industry, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or Business Management
- 12+ years of commercial experience
- Over 10 years in sales & marketing within the plastics or elastomers industries
- Proven effective judgement and reasoning
- Proven track record of sales achievements
- Strong relationship‐building capability
Desired Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills
- Marketing and trading knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English
