Job Summary
Implement marketing initiatives and develop business plans to exceed sales objectives within the assigned Rare Diseases territory. Prioritize budget allocation and leverage stakeholder input to refine call planning for academic centers, hospitals, and private practices. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and advocacy groups to deliver appropriate solutions and support patient education. Maintain working knowledge of local managed care reimbursement while adhering to ethical conduct standards. This role requires a hybrid-first approach with 40% office time and supports UCB's global focus on neurology and immunology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree BA/BS
- 7+ years of Biotechnology/Biopharmaceutical sales experience
- Proven, documented track record of delivering consistent sales results
- Experience calling on customers at a variety of call points (i.e., academic centers, community-based hospitals and private practice offices) both in person and virtual
- Working knowledge of the local managed care reimbursement
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Promoting products specific to CNS/neuroscience, including epilepsy
- New product launch experience
- Specialty pharmacy/REMS experience
