Job Summary

Manage and develop relationships with key commercial partners and distribution accounts; identify and develop new business opportunities through existing and prospective partners; conduct regular field visits and business reviews with partners and accounts; support partners in achieving sales objectives and strengthening market performance; monitor sales performance and implement actions to improve results and drive growth; ensure alignment and execution of commercial policies and initiatives; collaborate closely with internal commercial teams to achieve targets; monitor competitor activity, market trends, and opportunities; maintain follow-up on commercial agreements and business plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, commercial, or business development roles, ideally within the FMCG sector
  • Experience managing commercial partners or distribution channels
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of commercial dynamics
  • Results-driven mindset with strong execution and follow-up ability
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Dynamic and proactive professional with a commercial mindset
  • Willingness to travel when required
