Job Summary
Drive account performance and regional contracting activities for the hematology portfolio across Germany South-East. Establish high-quality relationships with healthcare professionals, develop referral networks spanning hospital, outpatient, and office-based settings, and deliver portfolio value messages through face-to-face, remote, and digital engagement. Partner with Medical colleagues on regional programs, manage account planning and segmentation, and adapt contract models to local needs. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform negotiations while thriving in an agile environment. This field-based role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years of progressive pharmaceutical sales experience, fluency in German, and strong negotiation skills. Salary range is 73,125-121,875 €.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent for sales professionals
- 5-7 years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience
- Knowledge of the German healthcare system and regional market structures
- Experience using data, customer relationship management systems, and multiple business systems
- Qualification in applicable pharmaceutical industry codes, including EFPIA Code or VFA Pharmakodex
- Fluency in German and good working knowledge of English
- Ability to manage a large territory independently with frequent travel
- Strong customer engagement, negotiation, and communication skills
- High integrity and ethical standards in all interactions
