Job Summary
Develop, define, implement and manage the sales strategy for major OEM account(s) in North America; own commercial management of existing and new business within assigned OEM accounts; achieve sales targets; create a yearly business plan with growth initiatives and market analysis; maintain CRM data; build strategic relationships with key decision makers; negotiate terms and conditions aligned with company goals; drive and support global/regional team-selling and cross-selling; participate in customer meetings; provide forecasts and budgets; promote product portfolio and market position; introduce new features to key customers; provide market feedback to marketing/product teams; promote a collaborative, high-performance team environment; travel 2-3 days/week between Auburn Hills, MI and remote work as part of a hybrid arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of proven success in high-tech account management
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling technical devices to the automotive industry
- Experience selling to major automotive OEM and/or Tier 1 accounts is an advantage
- Experience in robotics and machine vision
- Experience selling technologically complex and innovative solutions
- Travel requirements 2-3 days per week
