Job Summary
Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of large accounts in Germany with regular travel across the country. Responsibilities include securing and growing the existing client portfolio while ensuring profitability, handling contract negotiations and pricing discussions, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. On-site client visits, collaboration with internal teams, and proactive management of client satisfaction and project delivery are required. Must understand the client’s business needs, communicate effectively in German and English, and possess strong negotiation, relationship-building, and project-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sales processes and contract negotiation
- Good understanding of metrology and Trescal’s service capabilities
- Knowledge of sales process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of Trescal’s systems (CRM, ERP)
