Job Summary
Key Account Manager responsible for leading end-to-end account strategy and cross-functional collaboration to maximize market share and ROI in assigned accounts within Paraguay. Will design and orchestrate strategic account plans, integrate installed-base management and innovation, and act as a trusted consultant connecting organizational vision with customer needs. Lead sales targets, accurate forecasting, and budget management for the territory. Drive proactive collaboration across Finance, Technical Service, Supply, Medical, and Marketing. Own contract renewals and lifecycle management to mitigate revenue risk. Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities, tailor business solutions and high-impact business cases demonstrating ROI to senior decision-makers. Maintain an impeccably updated sales pipeline, key contacts, and account plans within CRM. Requires a university degree, 5+ years in healthcare with strong experience in complex account management, consultative selling, executive stakeholder engagement, autonomous and collaborative work style, and willingness to travel to internal and external destinations; relocation benefits are not offered.
Required Qualifications
- University degree (healthcare, business management or related)
- 5+ years experience in health industry
- Experience managing complex high-performance accounts
- Ability to map decision-making roles at executive level (C-Level)
- Advanced skills in consultative selling and strategic communication
- Operational discipline and results orientation
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively (VACC framework)
- Willingness to relocate to Asunción and travel domestically and internationally as needed
