Job Summary
Manage and develop assigned key accounts in the FMCG, food distribution, retail, and modern trade channels by building strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and negotiating annual agreements. Oversee field sales execution, including supervising sales representatives, monitoring customer visits, and ensuring in-market implementation of trade promotions and merchandising standards. Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer performance to drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams on supply chain, finance, and marketing to resolve delivery issues and manage collections. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account reviews for management while maintaining accurate customer records. Requires 6-8 years of experience in the Saudi market, specifically Jeddah and Western Region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 6-8 years of sales or key account management experience
- Experience within FMCG, food distribution, beverages, retail, or consumer goods
- Strong experience dealing with modern trade, wholesale, supermarkets, hypermarkets, or major retail accounts
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Good understanding of sales planning, account management, trade promotions, pricing, and customer development
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify opportunities, and prepare business reports
- Strong coordination skills with internal departments and external customers
- Excellent knowledge of the Saudi market, especially the Jeddah and Western Region market
