Key Account Manager, Fleet Mobility Baltics

Job Summary
In this role, you will drive business development with medium and large direct fleets, building strong relationships with decision-makers. Your responsibilities include generating leads, developing tailored proposals, managing accounts by identifying customer pain points, and monitoring industry trends. Candidates should have proven experience in fleet sales or account management, a strong understanding of fleet operations, excellent relationship-building skills, and English proficiency. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in fleet sales, key account management, or commercial vehicle industry
- Strong understanding of fleet operations, logistics, or transport industry dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize activities effectively
- English proficiency at least at upper-intermediate (B2) level
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Experience with tire solutions, fleet mobility, or transportation solutions
- Russian (nice to have)
