Key Account Manager - End Customer

Job Summary
Key Account Manager – End Customer responsible for driving sales targets and KPIs within assigned end-customer accounts. Develop business plans mapped to account complexity, manage strategic account relationships across product and solution lines, coordinate activities with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers and Post-sales Support, and grow the Axis relationship across geographies. Role includes mapping accounts, identifying opportunities, participating in associations/tradeshows/events, using Salesforce for account information, and traveling domestically within Saudi Arabia with occasional international travel. Requires proven sales experience for high-value solutions, strong customer-needs understanding, ability to craft compelling value propositions, and a collaborative, transparent, and committed team-oriented approach. Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration with 10+ years in sales in the region; strong English and Arabic communication skills; knowledge of government/commercial sectors and network infrastructure is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
- 10+ years in the role of Sales in the region, National/ Key Accounts for Large end customers
- Experience with indirect B2B sales
- Strong knowledge and experience with the government and commercial sectors
- Knowledge in network infrastructure is preferable
- Strong account management and team-building skills
- Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels
- Fluent in English and Arabic
