Job Summary

Key Account Manager (KAM) for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) overseeing relationships with ProFarm's highest-value clients across Europe. The role is remote and Europe-based, serving as primary contact for major accounts, driving strategic growth, cross-functional delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include relationship management to prevent churn, up-selling and cross-selling opportunities, coordinating with marketing, product development, logistics, and finance to fulfill client needs, managing budgets and contract terms, tracking KPIs and reporting progress, and leveraging data to forecast and optimize account performance. Requires extensive experience in the agriculture sector, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong communication and analytical capabilities, and a proven track record in negotiating contracts and growing large accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years experience in agriculture industry with at least 5 years in large strategic/key account management
  • Exceptional presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills with experience interpreting data and using dashboards
  • Negotiation of contracts and managing client budgets
