Job Summary
Develop account-specific plans and promotions aligned with SharkNinja's market strategy to drive profitable sales growth in the Egyptian Small Domestic Appliances channel. Build sales strategies that exceed targets by launching new products and categories, while ensuring accurate forecasting and interpreting market data to identify new retailers and business opportunities. Execute on-line, in-store, and off-page activities to represent Shark & Ninja professionally, negotiate winning scenarios, and organize trade shows and retail events. Report competitive activities and pricing regularly to support regional hub collaboration. Fluent in English and Arabic with a minimum of seven years in sales, including experience with specialists and food chains. Occasional travel within the region required.

- Minimum 7 years of successful sales experience

- Experience of building sales and marketing strategy by market
- Occasional travel within the region required
- The ability to manage the flow of data, perform analysis, generate summary reports and communicate by voice or data while being connected in the office, at home or while travelling by laptop or mobile device regularly
- Experience of working in a Sales function in direct relationship with key retailers (Specialists and Food Chains) across the region
- Ability to travel to visit customers
