Job Summary
Key Account Manager (Drayage) serves as the primary contact and relationship manager for RXO’s top intermodal and drayage clients, expanding existing accounts through strategic relationship development, negotiating terms with operations, procurement, and carrier partners, and coordinating cradle-to-grave shipment execution across port, rail, and final-mile delivery. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining visibility and accurate reporting, and supporting cost controls. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience and at least 1+ year of professional experience; 5+ years of transportation or logistics experience with intermodal and drayage is a plus. Location is Northbrook, Illinois; role is on-site in IN_PERSON arrangement.
